Continuing the topic with attacking thoughts after sleep, I want to say that the ideality of the morning may depend on many factors, but the most important thing is the internal state.

All the methods and practices from the previous post are great help, but there is something that can help even more, open you up to you and start fulfilling your desires

The very first thing we can do for ourselves now is to understand where we are. What point are you at, how do you feel, and do you like our state of mind? If not, do you know the reason for this condition, can you remove it?

The most important thing is to trust what is happening. Don't be wary of the present and the future. Do not worry about health, family, work, money and dreams that have not yet come true. Realize for yourself that everything happens the way you chose. Realize that everything can change depending on your condition and choice. Try to let go of the situation and not worry about anything.

This is to act from a state of joy and abundance. Not from a state of neurosis and need. Remember that every action and thought you give energy, and your message depends on where and how this energy will go.

Make yourself pleasant. Anything. Have a cup of coffee with different passers-by and a street view. Go to a dance, get some sleep, read a book, or lie in a hammock all day.

Make a practice on mindfulness in this moment. Name three or five sounds and scents that you've heard in the last minute. Be here in this second. The past and the future are changing, the present has life.

Listen to your soul and intuition. Try to feel what the next step is for you to take. But try it out of a state of calm and joy. Don't be afraid of the unknown, of the instability. Be flexible. And something beautiful will open up to you.
