If waking up, you immediately attack different thoughts about current Affairs, about work, about life and about what's next, you probably prefer morning. But I know how to love it, that this time has become pleasant and magical.
A lot depends on what state you go to bed in and at what time. All this is very individual, but it's cool if you go to bed in a good mood at a time that will allow you to comfortably get up early. In any case, even if last night did not work out, the morning can be beautiful:
try to get up Earlier to devote time to yourself
⠀
If your thoughts attack you while you're still on the pillow, go straight to the shower to wash them off. In the shower, use the products that your skin likes and smell so that you are pleasantly carried away. It's great if you put on your favorite cream or oil after a shower. after that, it's time To choose your current bow. This is my favorite ritual. I choose colors, fabrics and, of course, fragrance. All of this creates the quintessence with which I go into the day
This is further practice. Yoga is relaxing, dynamic, and power-based. The one you want today. To Wake up your body, stretch your back, relax the muscles that have contracted during the night
⠀
After yoga, I like to walk before coffee and Breakfast, or cook it myself. If I go somewhere, I choose the place that I want today, so that my inner state, my image and the atmosphere of the place create beauty. If I cook at home, I brew coffee in a Turk, inhaling its aroma, and then listen to it pour beautifully into a Cup in the sun
⠀
This at this point or after I meditate in different forms. Either in the process of Breakfast, dipping bread in olive oil, contemplating the play of light in a glass, or studying passers-by on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, Spiridonovka or Bronnaya
⠀
Then, in this flight of my mind, I come up with cool ideas, new chapters of books and most importantly – inspiration and lightness. I fill up and go with it on the day. Of course, you can swap items, choose your rituals and meditations. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you enjoy it. And let every morning bring you pleasure
